Terms and Conditions for Using PAAS.ID

Welcome to PAAS.ID, a managed cloud hosting platform operated by Cloud Host Pte Ltd. By accessing or using our platform at https://www.paas.id, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using PAAS.ID, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

PAAS.ID provides a managed cloud hosting platform that includes, but is not limited to:

  • Virtual machine provisioning and management
  • Managed application deployment
  • Cloud storage and file management
  • Networking and VPC configuration
  • Billing and subscription management
  • Organisation and team collaboration tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To access most features of PAAS.ID, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Not share your account with others or allow others to access your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use PAAS.ID for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting, distributing, or transmitting malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
  • Conducting denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
  • Engaging in spamming, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other systems or networks
  • Hosting content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to minors

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Billing and Payments

Fees for services are charged in accordance with the plan you select. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis.

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your services

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of PAAS.ID is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you process through our platform complies with applicable data protection laws.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The PAAS.ID platform, including its design, software, trademarks, and content, is owned by Cloud Host Pte Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, outages, or performance degradation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Host Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the platform settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a period required by law or our data retention policy before permanent deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
